One Fair Wage is a nationwide movement uniting nearly 300,000 restaurant and service workers, around 1,000 restaurant owners, and countless organizations across the country. Together, they fight to end subminimum wages and uplift the pay and working conditions of over 13.5 million restaurant workers. Our bold use of hot pink and vibrant magenta in social media graphics created a striking visual punch, radiating energy, confidence, and a rebellious spirit that rallied support for service workers’ rights and a higher minimum wage.
